What documents will you have to provide?<\/h4>

Most banks require you to provide a copy of your valid passport and proof of address that can be evidenced by a copy of your utility bill with your foreign address, or copy of your State issued Identification Card. In some cases, banks will ask you to translate the documents and to have them notarized.<\/p>

We will introduce you to these banks, and we will send you the New Account Application Forms, which will contain all contact information for you to open a New Business Account. We are here to assist you with filling out the application forms, providing the necessary documents, and we will follow-up with the banks until you get approved.<\/p>

All of the banks that we suggest to you will offer Secured Online Banking, Online Incoming and Outgoing wire transfer capabilities; check books, and debit cards, You will be able to choose from the list we send to you, which bank you wish to apply for a new account with. We work with U.S. banks, as well as offshore banks that operate accounts for U.S. companies.<\/p>

Do you have to come to the U.S to open your company bank account?<\/h4>

In some cases, YES. However, we work with banks that allow for remote account opening by accepting mailed and scanned documents, and we also work with banks that require you to be present at the bank to sign all \u2018New Account\u2019 documents. You will be given the option of choosing which bank you want to apply with based on this factor. Alpha Business Services could offer an alternative solution for U.S. bank accounts. Once we have formed your Corporation or LLC, a U.S. representative will be appointed and authorized to open an account on your behalf in your company\u2019s name. An independent accountant will then be appointed to manage your account and issue wire transfers and checks based on your instructions. As the Client, you will be provided with 24\/7 access to on-line banking. This process will remain in effect until you are able to be physically present in the U.S. for signing of all of your Company\u2019s banking documents.<\/p>

How long does it take to open your bank account?<\/h4>

The process of opening your bank account for your U.S. Company can take anywhere from 48 hours to two weeks. This really depends on how fast you respond to any bank inquiries, or request for additional information or documents. The sooner you reply, the faster the process will be completed.<\/p>
